Alex is suddenly much more mobile. She can roll from her back to her front at will. Before now she had no real interest in the big cuddly rabbit in her cot but today she rolled over not to the rabbit but on top of it. The rabbit surrendered eventually but not before she had overpowered it and viciously licked its ears.

Shocking news here. Alex is upstairs having a nap in her cot. No swaddling. No being fed to sleep. No being bounced in the bouncy chair to sleep. No white noise. Just lots of crying and then we discovered that (today and this could easily be a one time only offer) having her head resting against the bare skin of your chest so she can feel your heart beat is enough. Hurrah
