Ambition

This morning Alex announced her first ambition for her future. She found some swimming goggles in a box, put them on and declared that she wanted to be like the boys and girls swimming on the telly. She wants to do kick kick kick and scoop scoop scoop as hard as they do and dive as hard as they do. The diving thing is a bit nerve wracking as she does like to practice from the top of her Granny's suitcase.

We've let her watch a lot of the Olympics. I think she wants to be Michael Phelps.
