I've had a bit of a cough all weekend. And a sore head. Very unpleasant. But I've been dealing with it by having plenty of naps.
Despite this, amazingly, I have carried on on the Race for Life training. Sunday's session was Run 4 minutes Walk 2 minutes Repeat 6 times. Which I managed to do without being horribley wrecked at the end. I am very pleased with this!
