Ran last night. Day 5 of the Race For Life training plan. Run for 3 minutes Walk for 1 minute Repeat 8 times.

Went ok. Oh so very, very slow. But ok. Hate the tiny one minute breaks. Nearly looking forward to the Day 6 which is run 4 mins walk 3 mins. Thats a proper break!
