Ok, repeated Day 1 of the Race for Life training plan last night. To be honest it didnt seem much easier than it did at the weekend. However my legs don't hurt today and they definitely did the last time. So theres progress.
I even cooled down by taking a nice easy four length swim. Ah, nostalgia, I remember the days when four lengths was all I could manage never mind use as a cool down.
Swimming tonight. Going to do Session 1 from the Zoggs Calm & Stretch routine. Its 16 lengths which might be plenty after the running yesterday. The plan is to work my way through all the Zogg sessions. I wonder how long it will take me to swim 70 lengths? No point worrying about that, thats a good few sessions down the line.
