Started my Race for Life training at the weekend. Hmmmm, its going to take a bit of work. Still, more or less (I had a break to look in at a hairdressers windows en route) did the Day 1 of the offical RfL beginners training plan. Run for a minute, Walk for a minute for 15 repeats.

Was so tired that the next day I had to nap for a couple of hours in the afternoon.
