Sour Cream Chocolate Cake
Yet more cake! I blame Mum. If she hadn't brought over the cake mixer I would never have bothered to make this by hand.
Hints and tips: Putting butter in the top oven for a couple of minutes to soften while the bottom oven is on is a wise and sensible plan. Leaving it in the oven for half an hour results only in a huge pool of melted butter at the bottom of the oven. Just so you know.
