Shocking news here. Alex is upstairs having a nap in her cot. No swaddling. No being fed to sleep. No being bounced in the bouncy chair to sleep. No white noise. Just lots of crying and then we discovered that (today and this could easily be a one time only offer) having her head resting against the bare skin of your chest so she can feel your heart beat is enough. Hurrah
