Diving

But my ankle! Theres something about going up on your tiptoes and pushing off that doesn't do twisted ankles one bit of good. Pain! Pain! Don't like it.
On the plus side when I found my self in the middle of the deep end with the pain I was calm and fit enough to just casually stroke to the side of the pool and not drown.
The rest of the lesson was grand. But oh swimming without kicking your legs for half an hour really takes it out of you. But think how wonderful my shoulders will be!
