Dilemma
Well the running dilemma was solved by just simply going to the pub with some people from work for one quick drink. Many quick drinks later and there was no running but plenty of fried food and a big cup of coffee for the train. Ah, healthy.
No running today either. Going for my usual swimming lesson instead. Might give the diving a miss this week until I'm really sure my ankle is up for it. Need to start doing the recommended ankle flexibility exercises.
