Did the first session of the Zoggs swimming plan. All went quite well. Did the required 16 lengths so that was good. The main problem was that the last 8 lengths you were meant to concentrate on your arms or legs. The more I thought about what I was doing the more shambolic it was.

Also had a go at the front crawl. A bit better on the breathing this time until I took a huge swallow of water and nearly sank. Pah and humbug.
