We just got a new water cooler at work which perversely also does hot water. So I went to the wee hippy supermarket next to work and bought myself some Bengal Spice Herb Tea, as you do. Its wonderful. Well wonderful if you like cinnamon and vanilla a lot.

And given that those are two of Ian's favourites I must remember to bring some home for him.
