Oh, oh and I mean to say earlier. My new favourite ingredient is the smoked paprika that mum bought me. Now it comes in a lovely wee tin so its more cute than your average spice but more importantly its gorgeous. Its really tastes smokey, it makes everything a beautiful dark brick red and its quite spicey hot.

So far its gone in anything thats involved tomatoes (almost everything I cook) and to coat wee new potatoes for roasting.
