Pounds
I was going to write more about this Weight Watchers malarkey over the course of the week but I've either been busy, busy, busy at work or lazy, lazy, lazy recovering from work.
Anyway, it all went well. My diet has been adapted so that there is fruit salad for breakfast, soup for lunch and a pure absence of Cornish pasties in train stations.
So far I haven't really noticed too much. I did spend most of Saturday cooking stuff and freezing it but there's still lots of fresh food in the fridge that I'd rather eat. Still its like a comfort blanket knowing that its there and all I'd have to do is throw it in a casserole dish in the oven to defrost and reheat while I had a bath. And, of course, being busy at work helps. No time to do anything more at lunchtime than wander over to the kitchen with a tin of soup and no time to sit around contemplating going out to the shop for chocolate.
So, four pounds down, which as the wee WW woman is good for the first week but you wouldn't want to be doing that every week. Hurrah!
